These services comprises chambers of all models for SST & CCT machines. All Presto Korrox – III Corrosion Test Chambers are backed up by extensive technical support services. On-line support services are provided to our customers by our highly skilled service engineers.

Technical Support Services

The Neutral salt spray test (also known as salt fog or salt mist) is the mile-stone corrosion test for centuries in many industries. With a huge span of history, vast test records, data and many test standards published on this test, it is a foremost choice as a reliable and accurate test, to analyse and test samples corrode in accordance with our expectations. This test is mostly opted to audit the efficacy of manufacturing processes.

Installation, commissioning & training

Installation, Commissioning & Training is offered when chamber is commissioned & installed at your premises, we also offer these services to our customers later if the equipment shifted at another location, training to staff required again. Training certificates are also offered.

Scheduled preventative maintenance

Corrosion Chamber and such testing equipment’s requires periodically scheduled maintenance for longer chamber life & better performance. This ensures reliability, minimizes breakdowns and assures that the equipment performs in accordance with international test standards. We offers Annual Maintenance Contract services to our customers to get rid of any sort of machine breakdown and compromise with equipment’s performance.

Emergency callout & repair

Presto service engineers are versatile and will respond briskly when the unpredicted takes place and an emergency or unscheduled visit required. In these unpredicted times we assures reliable and quick response to our customer with a dedicated quick response service team.

Spare parts provision

Presto take on to offer spare parts for all our chambers for a span of 10 years from the date of manufacture of equipment. Customers can place order for spare parts either by call, e-mail. Lab graded salt for salt spray testing can also be ordered by contacting us on < website address> or phone/e-mail.

Calibration

Calibration services are usually performed at scheduled service visits, Presto service engineers performs chambers calibration traceable to International standards: Calibration Certifications also provided.
