PRESTO salt spray cabinets and chambers – one of the world’s most unique design and versatile salt spray corrosion test systems – along with appearance, ergonomics and performance that’s in a class of its own.
Chambers are designed to perform every testing requirement from continuous salt spray test through to Acetic Salt spray and customized tests.

CASS cum Salt Spray Chamber models will perform the similar primary salt spray tests, along with in addition these models are furnished with exceptional features which empower them to tackle ‘modified’ tests such as which explained in ISO 3768. Here traditional salt spray is often incorporated with high acetic test climate, in a high temperature, to expedite the test. For example: JIS Z2371; DIN 50021; ASTM B 117; IS: 5528; IS: 6910; ISO: 3768

- To prevent the spillage and safety of operator Dry seal gasket is provided.
- Programmed canopy lock and air purge facility in the cabinet interior to spray fresh air after testing and before the chamber is opened.
- Simply approachable salt spray atomizer(s) in transparent toughened acrylic canopy, for ease of maintenance.
- Internal portable salt solution tank with a capacity of 60L for all Korrox- III Corrosion chambers along with continuous external solution supply option.
- Large transparent acrylic viewing window for uninterrupted visual approach to chamber interior and test material.
- For ease of transportation & operation base castors with lock mechanism & fork lift truck assembly fitted in chambers.
- To restrict flow of droplets directly on the test sample Angle of Canopy maintained.
- For Data extraction USB option available (Pen drive will not be a part of supply).
- Test mode available to set specifications in compliance to test sample, Temperature setting and Pre-set Timer parameters comprises in HMI for reliable results and repeatability.
- Versatile Microprocessor controlled inbuilt PID controller.

- To connect with communicating devices using LAN and internet Ethernet Connectivity is available.
- Allows us to connect computer or other electronic devices to its network having Ethernet adapter or network card.
- Remote monitoring and operating of the HMI features via VNC Client APP (Windows, iOS, Android) is allowed via Built-in VNC server.
- Direct monitoring of register data via web monitoring.
- Automatically pop up alarm notification emails to logged-in recipients when test completes.
- Pre-Set Timers option available to cater your sample timings, 10 sample timings can be programmed using HMI.
- Feature to select HMI fonts between HINDI and ENGLISH for Operator convenience to operate and control database using comfortable languages.
