Presto Korrox-III Cyclic Corrosion Chamber Control System
Presto’s Korrox-III Cyclic Corrosion Chamber enhanced control system provides great flexibility in programming complex test cycles. The operators can rely to a vast range of various cyclic corrosion test parameters, as the immense range of accessories that added to the chambers.
As standard our CCT chambers are provided with the ability to choose 6 intensive functions to program the various extensive corrosive environment:
- Salt Spray Fog
- Condensation humidity (wetting)
- Air drying
- Controlled humidity (see adjacent graph)
- Ambient Drying
- Dwell Mode
Presto CCT Chambers may be programmed, with the interactive multi-colour 7” HD Touchscreen interface, to play in programmed sequences and can be repeated accordingly.
Extensive control features for the Presto Korrox-III Cyclic Corrosion chamber:
- 7’’ ‘touch’ interactive control screen, with high intuitive resolution display, and standard based control commands, available in multiple languages for ease of operating and understanding of users.
- Temperature and Humidity monitoring in HMI using highly calibrated sensors.
- In-built huge memory, permitting to store intensive corrosion test programs.
- Communications port & Ethernet availability enhancing the chamber to be wired or wireless connection to a local area network (LAN) for data logging and remote monitoring via a computer.
- A interactive, user configurable ‘Timer’ or ‘Clock’ is available to program different test samples to one batch and monitor their exposure time separately, Alarms to warn when a pre-set test cycle gets completed.
